SET-UP & TAKE DOWN

Delivery & set-up will take place between the hours of 6:30-10:00 am. Due to high demand we are unable to take requests for set up times, all deliveries will be made based upon where the location falls on our delivery route on your desired date. We will always do our best to have your signs set up as early as possible!


Signs will be picked up the following day between 5:30-10:30 am. All weekend rentals will be set up on Saturday morning and picked up on Monday morning.

 

Signs may be kept for an additional day for an extra $25 based upon availability. Friday bookings requesting an extra day must keep the signs for two extra days. No set ups or pick ups will occur on Sundays. This request MUST be made at the time of booking. 

PAYMENT

After placing your order you will receive your invoice and rental agreement by email.


Payment is due upon receipt of invoice to reserve your signs and date. Invoices can be paid online with a debit or credit card. Please review all details on your invoice carefully, payment of your invoice is verification that all details have been reviewed and are accurate.

RENTAL POLICIES

 

  • We love to see pictures of our customers with their signs! However, for safety reasons PLEASE DO NOT allow anyone to play on, around or with the signs. Our signs will NOT hold the weight of any individual leaning against them and/or sitting on them.
  • If there is a specific area in which you would like the signs installed, please mention it at the time of booking. If no area is specified the installer will choose the area that they best see fit.  
  • At least one person in the home MUST be notified about the rental and set-up of the signs in order to ensure the safety of the individual installing the display. If you are ordering signs to be set up at someone else's home please make them aware of our rental policies. 
  • Please do not move or alter the sign display in any way.
  • We ask that homeowners water their lawn within 24 hours of installation from April-October. We are unable to install signs in very dry/hard ground.  No refund will be given if we are unable to install the signs due to dry/hard ground. 
  • Homeowners are kindly asked to turn off their sprinkler systems and refrain from mowing/weed eating while the signs are in the yard, please cancel any yard services for the duration of the yard greeting rental (flying yard debris will damage our signs and result in damage fees). A $40 cleaning fee will be assessed for grass stained signs. 
  • For safety reasons we do not set up sign displays behind gates/fences.
  • We ask that all pet waste is removed from the area in which the signs will be installed. 
  • Please understand that we will always do our best to create designs to our customer’s specifications, however we do reserve the right to respectfully decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or inappropriate in any manner.
  • We do not offer mock ups or previews of our sign displays. Please view our Facebook and Instagram pages as well as the "Seen Around Town" photo gallery on the homepage of our website to view examples of our work.
  • Savvy Signs Greenville and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury to persons and/or property that may occur during the set-up of the sign display, for the duration of the rental or during the removal of the sign display.
  • Customer will be invoiced for missing and/or damaged signs. ($15/sign OR a maximum of $500)

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICIES

  • If you must cancel your order, please do so as far in advance as possible. Customers may choose to receive a 50% refund OR the full rental amount may be credited toward a future rental based on availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will not be subject to a refund or credit.
  • Please understand that we will do our best in any situation to deliver your yard sign display, however in the event of inclement weather (including, but not limited to, thunder/lightning storms, snow/ice or high winds) we may not be able to safely complete your set up. In this case a full refund will be issued OR the customer may request a new date for rental.
  • Savvy Signs Greenville will NOT issue refunds for the following:
    • Errors that occur on order submission (incorrect address, date, etc.)
    • Recipient/homeowner request to remove signs
    • Inability to gain access to the desired location (*please make sure any special instructions, such as gate codes, are given at time of order*)
    • Circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from setting up the sign display at the desired location.
