How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Please view our pricing and policies page to see pricing for the many different types of displays we offer. Once you place an order your invoice will be sent to you through email, your invoice can be paid online using a debit or credit card. Payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your date and signs.
What areas do you service?
We service locations within 15 miles of the Hudson Road/Pelham Road intersection (Patewood Medical Campus). This includes most of Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Travelers Rest, Duncan/Moore and other surrounding areas.
To verify that you are within our delivery area please use our service area map via the link below. Simply input your address to see the distance from our base location. We service addresses within a 15 mile radius. We will also deliver to addresses 15.1-20.0 miles away for an additional $25 travel fee - though this is a case by case basis determined by availability on that given day.
What time do you set up and pick up the signs?
We set up between the hours of 6:30-10 am on the date of your event or special occasion. We pick up between 5:30-10:30 am the following day. All weekend displays will be installed on Saturday mornings and picked up on Monday mornings. We are unable to take special requests for specific set up times, but we will always do our best to have yours signs to you as early as possible.
What if it’s raining?
We set up rain or shine! The signs are waterproof so they will hold up just fine. The only reasons we would need to cancel due to weather are high wind speeds, lightning or sleet/snow/ice creating unsafe conditions on the roads. Please view our “pricing and policies” page to review our inclement weather policy.
Do’s and Dont’s
DO water your lawn the day before installation. It makes the ground softer which makes it easier to get the stakes in the ground. We do not offer refunds to customers who haven’t watered if the ground is dry/hard and we are unable to set the display up in the yard.
DO turn your sprinkler system off while signs are installed.
DO take lots of pictures and tag us on social media! (You can find links to our social media pages on the home page of our website)
DON’T move the signs.
DON’T allow children or pets to play with or around the signs.
DON’T mow or weed eat while the signs are installed. Flying yard debris will damage the signs resulting in damage fines and a $40 cleaning fee will be assessed for signs covered in grass/grass stains.
